Job Description:
The Graphic Design, Marketing, Operations and Administrative Associate will work closely with the VP of Operations, the Creative Coordinator and the COO.
The job will include comic production and formatting, building and executing a detailed marketing strategy for our books and brands, and overall office support.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the intersection of media and technology, embracing our corporate culture and adding value in any way possible.

Job Functions:
Graphic Design
• Formatting comics using Photoshop, Illustrator and proprietary software.
• Tracking comic production across all stages of process.
• Updating and communicating status of media production.
• Juggle multiple projects to meet hourly, daily and weekly deadlines.
Marketing
• Marketing research, strategy and execution.
• Manage communication with authors and talent.
• Email marketing and strategy.
• Promotional event coordination and execution.
• Social networking management and campaign building.
• PR outreach to media connections and influencers.
• Writing ad copy and implementing advertising campaigns.
Preferred Technical Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of CMYK printing and RGB color output for digital ads (i.e., understands color channels).
• Understands page layout and formatting for digital and print media.
• Experience working with illustrations and image editing.
• Experience working with content management and FTP systems.
