Scott Morro is The Express-Times best-selling author of Last Ups, The Cross Over, Danni's Gift and What's Brewing In Boston. His books have been translated into English only and consistently appear in the top echelon of The Express-Times best-seller list and throughout North America.
History, humor, and the struggles of growing up lie at the heart of every Scott Morro novel. Sharing these is his passion.
Since 2005, Scott has crossed the state of Pennsylvania to spread his love of books, reading and writing, as well as doing whatever it takes to save the Indian Tower, a Northampton County and Moravian Historical Society landmark. To date, he has spoken to more than 6,000 students, and dozens of books clubs, schools, colleges, reading conventions, and libraries.
Scott Morro was born and raised in Nazareth, Pennsylvania, graduating from Moravian College, where he met his wife, Lisa, after pushing her car out of the snow. Scott currently lives in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, with Lisa, their sons, Connor and Ryan, and their little dog, too: a Cairn terrier (like Toto), named Bella.
He is an elementary school reading teacher with more than 23 years of experience. He is a baseball fanatic and has been passionately rooting for the New York Yankees since he was 5 years old. When he's not teaching, reading, or writing, Scott Morro enjoys golf, going to concerts, being lazy at the beach, and listening to music.
He is currently at work on his next YA novel.
