Originally from Ansonia, Connecticut, Rick pursued his dreams with relentless determination, moving to Los Angeles to immerse himself in the heart of the fitness industry. Training at the iconic Gold’s Gym in Venice, he honed his craft, becoming a sought-after fitness model and appearing in top publications such as Muscle & Fitness and Flex. His image graced countless national ad campaigns and even the album cover of Van Halen's 5150.
Beyond his achievements on stage and screen, Rick has dedicated his life to inspiring others to embrace health and fitness. As a personal trainer, motivational speaker, and mentor, he shares his wealth of knowledge and passion for living a balanced, grateful lifestyle.
